Initial service provided was prompt and well done. However, fan failed after 2 years. Company phone number still works, but no one responds after repeated attempts for repairs. I am told that the company is out of business, but another company uses the phone number to get referals. BBB was not able to obtain a response either.

Mr. Miller was very thorough and proceeded in a stepwise fashion to solve a difficult problem. He explained each step and why it was necessary, and responded quickly to calls and text messages. He appeared to place a great deal of importance on doing quality work, and showed up when he said he would. I would definitely use Thermal Concepts again.
Description of Work: The company, led by Dennis Miller, had to put in significantly more work than is typically required for radon mitigation in a home, due to the fact that my home has two slabs, through both of which very high amounts of radon were seeping. We initially thought that only the main slab would require a vacuum; however, one was also needed for the garage slab.
