Description of Work: We ordered a door, they came and installed it. The company did not send the handles and we had holes in the door where the handles were supposed to go. We had to wait for the handles. Then the sent the handles, and didn’t send the lock for the door. I had been patient, but I wanted the lock. The door was installed in July, it’s took seven month to get the lock, it just arrived yesterday. It is a problem with Home Depot and who they bought the door from, not the person who installed the door..

+ -1 moreThe delivery was scheduled for between 1:00 and 5:00 PM. The installers finally showed up at 6:30 PM. This was their last job on a Friday night and you could tell they were anxious to hurry up and finish this. The next morning there was water all over the kitchen floor. It appears that they broke one shut off valve and another one was leaking. I had to shut off the water to the entire house over the weekend until I could get a plumber to repair the damage on Monday. The plumber replaced the shut off valve, repaired the other one, and I had him replaced the line to the icemaker as well. This was because the line had been crimped and was no longer any good.
Description of Work: Remove old refrigerator and install new one.
