Description of Work: I had missing shingles on a few areas on the roof. Bryan came and inspected and also took pictures to show the condition of the roof.He gave me a verbal quote. He came back a few days later did the repair and the price remained the same. Bryan did an outstanding job.

 + -1 moreI contacted Summit to come out and give us an estimate the same day/time as our insurance adjuster. They agreed. Our insurance called and changed date/time, Summit agreed to date/time change. On the day of estimate/inspection the adjuster called and ran about 1 hour late. Summit (Stuart) was very patient and waited for the adjuster to arrive. I received the estimate within a couple of days. After I received approval of my claim with our insurance, I emailed Summit and we agreed upon a date to begin. The communication between Summit and I was excellent. They are very responsive (usually within 4-5 hours) to questions or directions via email or phone call. During the two days, they explained every step and addressed all concerns.
Description of Work: Repaired/replaced damaged shingles to entire roof.

 + -1 moreI liked their price. They were prompt to respond to my inquiry. It?s a small operation so when you call you have to leave a message. They got back to me the very day. They were able to come out and do the work within a week. They did the work very well and quickly. They did all the clean up. They hauled the scrap from the roof. It was as if they were not there. Their price was good because I checked with the other company and their price was three times more than Summit Roofing. They don?t do interior painting but they do only exterior painting. If I have to do anything including the exterior painting I would call them.
Description of Work: Summit Roofing And Painting LLC removed the chimney and replaced it with the shingles.
