+ 2 moreThe name of the company is their last name and they are brothers. They did a really good job. They were very pricey but they had good outstanding craftsmanship. They were a little pricey. They are general contractors and so they have people that work for them. One of the brothers is one of the foremen, and he was on the site to look after the work that was going on. It was a lot of work. Overall I’ve had a good experience with them. They were a bit pricey but I probably could have done better in terms of price. I was happy with what I got out of them. They did a good job quality wise and you get what you pay for. I thought I overpaid a little bit. I will use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Stone Stone & Ordway LLC for remodeling. I last used their services three years ago. They did work on my rental property. They helped me with some things in the house. I had some real problems and they were able to go in there and do the job. It’s kind of a specialty to handle old homes and to remodel them, to kind of maintain without gutting them completely. They help you take care of it and put it back the way it originally looked. The garage foundation had to be corrected and they did a lot of carpentry. They just did kind of interior work. There was a wall that had been pulled out but not correctly. So they had to go in and put some good bracing in there. They came back in and trimmed it up. There were low laying areas throughout the house and they replaced some doors. They did just general carpentry kind of work and some caulking, and some foundation work too.
