SINGTON LAND AND TREE INC

Lousy. It took 2 appointments to finally get them out for the estimate (which should have been a clue right there that the job would be going down hill) but they had come on a recommendation from another company I had used (found out later that David Sington is his brother!). David explained that he was the cheapest around and that he was giving me a fair deal at $750 a piece (for 2 trees) because it cost him too much to have to haul the trees away and because they were pine he couldn't make any money off of the wood. We made an appointment to have the trees removed and the day of the appointment Sington never showed up. After having to call the company twice (each time they assured me they were on their way), 2 days later they finally showed up. It took 2 whole days to remove 2 trees (Paul Bunyan removed 3 trees and 5 stumps in 2 days and only charged $1200 for the entire job). Not only were they slow, the trees were cut so that they fell in my neighbor's yard (instead of my own) and then his Bob Cat tore up my neighbor's newly laid grass. They didn't even tell me about the damage to my neighbor's yard...my neighbor came over and let me know. I was mortified! Sington was unprofessional and overpriced. I would not recommend them.
