Great job and got it done timely.

They responded quickly with an excellent estimate for repair of existing leak or full re-pipe of whole house. We decided on full re-pipe to avoid future problems with defective NIBCO PEX pipe and fittings currently under settlement of a $43 million class action suit. To our amazement, they completed the whole job in just one day. Cody & Travis were very professional and efficient in doing their job and cleaned up everything after completion of the work.

I am please as punch with the project.

Travis diagnosed the problem immediately. While under the house, he fixed another leak he saw gratis. He was thorough, and made sure everything was working properly before he left, and provided hints for prolonging disposal life and to avoid problems down the road. Also replaced a toilet seal and patched an underground sprinkler on request for nominal additional fee.

They provide excellent service, and a timely, polite an very neat service. They clean up after themselves every after work that they do.

We called for just the spigot to be fixed. He educated us about our problem and replaced the spigot with a better quality, I asked him about getting another spigot and he installed that as well. Then he told us about the importance of cleaning the Rinnai system and we signed up for that too. We will never use another plumbing company gain! This is an awesome company!

They were thorough in explaining why it needed replaced, but did not push anything. They stated it could be addressed at a later time without issue. This guy was so professional. I would hire them again in a minute and have kept their information available if we should need another plumber. He was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained the heater mechanism, showed me how to flush it once a year to prolong the life of the heater. Was very pleased with the service.

We had new countertops installed so Keith came to install our new faucet and garbage disposal. He originally came out on a Thursday but after starting the faucet install we found that the faucet did not fit correctly. He could not complete the job that day. We had to purchase a different faucet and were very thankful that Keith made time in his schedule to come back the next day(Friday)to finish the job. Keith was very accommodating and very professional. We are completely satisfied with the work that he completed for us and we would definitely recommend him to anyone. We are new to the area and are happy to know that we have a reliable plumber to call if we need him.
