 + 0 moreThey came to look at house and its condition, took measurements, asked questions, etc. They came when they said they would and were polite. It sounded like they were interested in the work which would likely exceed $20,000 and promised to get an estimate to me in a week or so after this evaluation. I did not hear back, and I called a couple of times to inquire about the pending estimate but received no response. Ultimately, I never heard from them again after they came for the initial evaluation; not so much as a courtesy reply to my phone calls to inform me that they are not interested in the work.
Description of Work: Came to evaluate work required to restore after water damage to master bedroom, bathroom and closet, half bath, half of office space, much of a 26 foot hallway, and utility room. The restoration work would involve replacing subfloor and new flooring for about 900 square feet, the lower two feet of sheetrock in the master bathroom and closet, re-installing vanities and fixtures in the master bathroom and half-bath and re-installing about 10 feet of cabinets in the office.

Extremely well. All work was of the highest quality.
Description of Work: Water damage repair. Removed carpets, damaged floors, damaged ceiling, damaged wall. Replaced all flooring, damaged ceiling, and damaged wall. Replaced baseboards. Repainted all damaged surfaces. Removed wet underfloor insulation. Replaced water soaked HVAC ducting.
