Description of Work: We were having issues with our sewer line. When they came out and tried to snake out the line, they found out that we had very old material used on the sewer line, so they had to replace it and due to some other issues had to replace one of our toilets. We were very happy with the result of the work.

+ -1 moreRoto-Rooter was the second company I contacted. Their price was twice as much. Ty and Sean explained everything very well and because of this I chose Roto-Rooter. The sewer replacement was fine. The repair of the driveway was no good. The sprinkler line was cut. Ty and Sean both stated that they did not know about sprinkler systems. Roto-Rooter covered the cost to repair the sprinkler system per the contract. They should have sub-contracted the concrete work as well. In couple of places the concrete looks rough and amateur.
Description of Work: They replaced approximately 160 ft. sewer line. They diagnosed the problem by running the entire length of the line.

+ -1 moreThe chards that he broke up were left in the sewer pipes and the cover that he put he over the top was not big enough. I dug it up after he left and I cleaned it up and made a better cover. I would use them again if they sent a different plumber.
