+ 3 moreTile work, drywall and painting were done acceptably well. Carpentry was poor. Drywall work not completed. Refused to complete the job when we complained about the quality of the carpentry and settled for payment of work completed.

Description of Work: I spoke with Ross's repairs originally in March. At that time, he appeared very professional and knowledgeable. I had then called back and left a message with different times for him to come by and give us an estimate. I did not receivve a call back, so I left another message. After a couple of days, I called him on his cell. He apologized and told me to call again, and leave my number/name on his other answering machine. Still no return call after two weeks. If he had just told me, that he wasn't interested/too busy/etc. I would have understood, but to give me the runaround for a couple of weeks was unacceptable. At this time, even if he was to return my call, I would not hire him, due to the unprofessional way he has dealt with me to this point.

Found his company as a BBB member and past award winning company; locally owned small business owner with 10 year reputation of license and insurance and no complaints on record. Would trust again with any project and recommend his services.
