It was perfect! They were here at the time they told me, had me fixed up and I was off to work without missing a minute! No mess, questions answered. They will be my go to anytime I need plumbing!!!

They pumped out the solid waste side but didn't do the liquid side. At the time I didn't realize they should have done both. The service man was polite and prompt. They had the best quote of those called.

Very well. Scott and Alan were on-time, professional, friendly, and efficient. Scott called to say hw was on they. Drain-line had to be mechanically cleaned, but no access from the roof so they had to access it in the kitchen. Once they were through the kitchen was as clean as before they started. Total visit was about 45 minutes.

Friday night plumbing emergency: no toilets flushing and tub wouldn't drain after my daughter took her shower. And it was 1am!!! I checked Angie's List for plumbers with emergency service and good reviews, choosing this company. I had never used them before so was a little apprehensive how it might go. The gentleman who answered the phone was pleasant and professional, taking my information and telling me what he would do (call the plumber on call) and what would happen afterward. The plumber (Scott) called back in less than 2 minutes and was awesome, telling me how long approximately it would take him to get here. He was here in under an hour and worked really hard to get the drain unstopped. Even though it was the middle of the night, he took time to explain what he found (some things that indicate they can be flushed CAN'T) as well as a problem he found. Scott took time to tell me what can be done to verify the problem and what can be done. He was so nice and so professional. I was given an estimate on calling, understanding that it could run more if not simply a need for snaking. The estimate was what I was charged, and it was a great price! I will definitely be using these folks again if needed!

One evening our toilet on the first floor of our house started backing up. We turned off the water to the toilet and then the main water line, neither stopped the backup. We were finally able to remove enough water that the overflow stopped. We called Rooter-Man that evening and they would have come out then, but since the immediate problem had been solved we said the next day would be fine. The plumber was there as promised the next morning. He not only found and solved the back-up, he also showed my husband how to deal with the clogs we get in my daughter's tub because of all of her hair. He went above and beyond. We got great service.
