Bettter than anticipated. Estimate on storm damage to roof was less than other estimates. Person who gave us estimate came out on schedule and when we notified him of the go-ahead to begin work, he was ready to schedule the work very quickly. The shingles were delivered one afternoon, the crew showed up early the next morning, and by the end of the day the entire roof was completed except for one section of gutter (which we had already been told would have to wait until the next day). The area around the house was cleaned up completely and true to his word, the section of gutter was repaired that next day. Price and service and quality of job were very good, and salesman was professional and helpful. We brought up a couple of options that might have been pricier, but the salesman discouraged us from these options since these were not going to improve the quality of our particular roof or the gutter. He could easily have agreed to these options and charged us more, but we appreciated his honesty in this advice. We also misplaced the invoice and he provided a replacement invoice the very next day. We live in an area affected by recent tornadoes in Alabama and expected to 1) be overcharged, and 2) have to wait awhile for service. This was not the case at all.
