Description of Work: The job involved extensive structural modifications and electrical circuit upgrades to a kitchen. Some minor plumbing was also included in the project. Excellent work performance by the various subcontractors. All work was of excellent quality and finished in good time and within budget.

Description of Work: I had Richard Hannah put up siding around my area under the deck and enclose it with French doors. I also had him cover my patio with pavers and build a set of stone steps to the back door. The work was completed in a timely manner and with excellent results. I could not be more pleased.

Description of Work: The house was in need of various exterior repairs and paint. Mr. Hannah and his team worked with me to determine what repairs were needed. This included repairs to the siding, soffit, and fascia due to damage by bees, woodpeckers, and squirrels, as well as some masonry work.

Description of Work: It went very well. The job was challenging. Mr. Hannah and his son rose to the challenge and worked with me every step of the way and I am very pleased with the work. Also, they were very responsive and tuned in to my specific wishes. Mr. Hannah does quality work and I would hire him again.

Description of Work: Hannah Construction installed vinyl soffit material around a concrete wall I had built under my deck. They built another wall at the front under the deck, installing a French door and covered that wall with vinyl.

Description of Work: Installed a new Jacuzzi whirlpool tub including surrounding tile.

Description of Work: The contractor took a utility space which had been occupied by the inside air unit and put in a walk-in closet, putting in a ceiling, walls, flooring, molding, and shelving. This included removing an air vent, patching, mudding, sanding, and painting.

Description of Work: Richard renovated our master bathroom, to include tearing out the existing acrylic shower, separate sunken Jacuzzi tub, and tile floor. He laid new subfloor and floor tile, replaced the shower with a built-in closet and the tub with a new oversized tile super shower. He installed new vanities, counters, and lights, and added a half-wall in front of the toilet. He worked extensively with us to help us get the details we wanted while staying on-budget. We couldn't be happier with the new bathroom and with Richard....he was punctual, professional, and completely trustworthy. We would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Richard Hannah is a general contractor specializing in home remodels and repair. He has worked for us for over 4 years. He is honest, knowledgeable, intelligent, courteous, professional, skilled, and comes up with innovative solutions in helping us maintain and improve our 50 year old house. He has repaired foundation stringer (jacked up 2 story house in the process), built small brick retaining wall, re-done brick steps, designed and installed front, back and inside handrails and tub handrails, power washed and painted our wooden clapboard house, repaired and cleaned wooden deck, repaired severe termite damage, installed outside doors, designed and implemented solution to significant yard drainage issues. He re-did our workshop -rebuilt two walls with new wall footing while jacking up roof - and completed the job with new insulation, wall paneling and pegboard, He repaired and restored our 2 story columns - again using a jack to support the roof. These represent only some of the work he has done for us over the last 4 years.

Description of Work: R Hannah Construction did some remodeling for me. They replaced 3 french doors, reshaped the opening, replaced stucco and refinished the stucco on the outside of the house.
