Storefront was unimpressive, but inside the store is neat and clean. Staff were friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. Manager said he could replace the battery in 20 minutes and offered to do the job while I waited, but I told him I would run an errand and come back. Phone was ready when I returned about an hour later. They also put on a screen protector at no additional charge. Price was reasonable in comparison to other shops in town. I am very pleased with their service and would use them again.

Took a tablet in for a damaged screen. The store personnel expressed some reservations about the 'cost effectiveness' of a repair of the tablet, due to the cost of the replacement parts. After discussing the issue with them, I decided it was not worth the cost. Although I did not get the tablet repaired, I really appreciate their effort to repair the unit and also their frank discussion of the issues and risk involved with the repair. If I have another issue with a phone or tablet to be fixed, you can be sure they will be my 'GoTo' shop. I highly recommend them!
