Conditions were terrible but puro came on the job, went to work to find the water damage, They worked as a team to make a bad situation into a positive situation, for me. They went above and beyond by taping down electrical cords, taping around rough edges of tile, assuring my home was safe to stay there. They were very courteous and professional, reacting to my needs, to get my home back in order. They checked the house every day to assure the damage was drying out. I would hire them again and again. Very professional, they showed up on time. They used indoor scaffolding to do high ceilings, which is the safest method. They cleaned and sealed the areas that had mold. They were careful to not damage anything in the house. I would give them a A except that they did not HEPA vacuum the walls in one room. When I pointed it out they came out right away and did the job.

Arrived on time and was very knowledgeable of his trade. Checked under 3 sinks and verified we in fact didn't have a mold problem. Explained the symptoms and conditions for mold to be an issue. Pointed out the problem we were having and steps for remediation. Fantastic service. Would recommend. A+

After finding a section of drywall that had mold on it, and also finding mold and rotted studs behind it, I contacted multiple companies requesting help/estimates. Puroclean was the first to respond, and were prompt with getting to the house to do an estimate. I was really impressed. Bruce completed the job (including running the air scrubber) in around 3 days, and everything was spotless when he left.

PuroClean Property Restoration did a good job. They actually did some work that made it almost impossible for the cable people to reconnect my cable but that was not altogether their fault. They did a good job. The pricing was less than other people. They were good at responsiveness and communication. They cleaned up everything. The guy was not that professional.

The service, the quality of work, timeliness, and results were fantastic. They used IR cameras and moisture meters to locate the suspect areas in the basement room. They immediately discussed next steps to determine the severity of the mold and/or damage. They removed the baseboard and sure enough, there was mold. They then removed two feet of the sheet rock and insulation and the carpet. They cleaned up the areas and used air scrubbers and dehumidifier to dry the room out. They also help locate where the water intrusion was coming from and recommend a company i could use to repair that. I also had them check the rest of my house and crawl space. There was mold starting to grow in the crawl space and we again discussed the recommended treatment, cost, and schedule. I again, immediately had them add that to the job. They pulled out all the insulation under my house, scrubbed the joist, then applied a sealer and laid down all new plastic under the house. Great job, were on top of the job the entire time. Very pleased with quality of the work. Very professional and honest.

Kenny and Bruce stopped by to do an estimate, tell us what work would be performed as part of the remediation, and answer any questions we had. Kenny and Bruce are very personable and professional, and at no time did we feel like we were getting a heavy sales pitch. Nor did we feel pushed into any work we had not intended them to do. Remediation of mold consisted of vacuuming, hand cleaning, and applying a sealant. The old vapor barrier was removed, and a new white barrier was put down and all seams were taped. We were very impressed with the work that was done. Usually when we hire out a home improvement, we are left somewhat disappointed, feeling that the job was rushed and not done as professionally as we would've liked. We are DIY folks, mostly because we can't find professionals to do as detailed of a job as we would do ourselves. We did not feel this way about this job though. The quality of the work was beyond our expectations. The time and methods they used to clean the floor joists were well beyond what we would have done ourselves. The crawl space now looks very clean, no more visible mold growth on the floor joists, it smells much better, and with the white barrier, doesn't appear as dark and dirty.

They knew what they were doing, which is key when dealing with mold. They sealed off the affected area from the rest of the house, removed everything that needed removing and used a large heater to dry out the crawl space. They recommended a restoration contractor who installed new flooring and reinstalled the cabinetry and appliances. Our house is now better than it ever was.

We competed three companies and PuroClean was the middle offer. We chose them since their offer seemed the most reasonable of the three. The low one was doing almost nothing and the high one seemed to be too much $ for no more work than Puro Clean. We found out after we got to know Bruce & Kenny that when they found out our insurance was not covering the work that they tried to keep the price as low as they could. Actually, with their encouragement and guidance we were able to obtain coverage from our insurance company. Puro Clean began the work the first day and took pictures before the work began and while the work was being conducted. At about 9 PM on the evening of the first night, we received a report of their work that day which included over 50 pictures as well as a description of the work they had done as well as a complete description of the cause of the work. Each day thereafter was the same, thorough, thoughtful mold remediation according to protocol during the day and a comprehensive report at night. They talked us through the work they were doing and explained the steps, obtained feedback from us as needed, and remained professional throughout. All of their personnel were as friendly and competent as were Bruce and Kenny. After they had finished the remediation, they encouraged us to get a recheck by the mold testing company. The recheck recommended a few steps and Puro Clean did those and then more to be certain our house was cleaned thoroughly. Kenny and Bruce also discussed with us the build back provisions that would likely be in our insurance policy - and they were right - and they also gave us an estimate for that work as well. In the end, frankly, we considered them friends. If you are looking for an honest company that takes pride in their work, cares about their customers to the point of even checking with them over time to check on other concerns...go with Puro Clean...let me say that again, go with Puro Clean...you will not be disappointed. Indeed, you will thank them...again and again. We are almost sad they do such great work - kind of miss their company...thanks Bruce and Kenny!

PuroClean is top notch! My house flooded during a cold spell. I called my insurance company and that very day they had PuroClean at my door. Bruce and Kenny were very organized, knowledgeable and considerate. They got to work right away and started the process of drying my ceiling, floors and walls (the water flowed from my upstairs to my downstairs) all the while taking the time to talk to me and inform me of what they were doing and how it would be done. The process took several days and everyday I got a call from either Bruce or Kenny asking what would be a good time to check on the progress (they work around your schedule!) and when they said they would be there.....they were there, always on time. A flooded house is nothing anybody wants to experience but Bruce and Kenny made the clean up a very reassuring and pleasant process. I would highly recommend PuroClean if you are ever in need of this type of service.

Puroclean is the ONLY company I would use for this surface. Kenny and Bruce Ashcraft are the best individuals to work with. They are both extremely professional and sincerely want to do a great job and satisfy their customer. All work has been done with the exception of the installation of the ventilation system which is on order. This should be done soon.

Trying to sell our house in Arab AL the inspector found mold! We called several mold remediation specialists and went with the guys that gave us the best "vibe". PuroClean Property Restoration out of Huntsville - they were right in the mix as far as price goes. They were on time every time. Polite, professional, and fast. Good job guys.

Puroclean came out to assess our crawlspace for moisture/mold and clean up water we had due to a leak into the crawlspace that was found during a home inspection. With very short notice, Puroclean came out to the home to do the assessment, cleaned up the water soaked area and set up air movers to help dry out the crawlspace. They arrived on time, were professional, thorough and courteous. They provided us with before and after pictures of the crawlspace, detailed information regarding the moisture readings, gave us a recommendation on how to proceed, and with great success was able to clean out the area (to include drying the crawlspace) within 2 days. We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided!
