+ -1 moreProfesional Security System. They have been my security providers, for 25 years but the local office was bought by a national call center. I had a repair service call at my house. The technician that came screwed up the automation, the home lights switches and my garage door security. For three months I have been asking them to send someone to fix this. They don’t have any local technicians, the closes is Birmingham. If I get some one to answer the phone they promise to call me back with a time by close of business but they “never call back”.
