Description of Work: Raked leaves from shrubbery beds and cleaned up a large pile of leaves.

Description of Work: Two workers arrived on time after having called earlier to tell me they were on they way and to verify the work I wanted them to do. I had pruned all the bushes in yard and they removed the thorny debris. Also removed tree limb that was touching roof of house and dead canna stalks. They were so fast and efficient that they still had an hour of time remaining so they suggested that they blow and bag all the leaves in the yard. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Had two workers for 2 hrs, they were able to complete the 30 foot long stacked stone wall and change the sprinkler system for the new garden area. They arrived on time and I am very happy with the work performed. I would use Precision Enterprise again.

Description of Work: They encountered much more damage that they had originally quoted. They stopped the leak and made some repairs but asked that I call my insurance company before they continued. I'm very thankful that they found the damage and didn't just try to put a band aid on it. It will be worth the wait. Approximate cost is pending.

Description of Work: I had asked especially for hedge trimming but the workers weren't told and did not arrive with the correct equipment. They did cut about half of one front hedge well, and cut 2 small trash trees growing up in awkward places, but also chopped a fourth of my 20 year old Rose of Sharon bushes while leaving the privet I asked them to cut. Most of the fallen limbs were left behind as well.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the $99 deal for one or two drywall installers for four or two hours. Before the job, I told the owner the job specifications/requirements (~14 sheets of rock installed in an unfinished location with a first coat of mud with tape). He agreed that it could be done so I purchased the supplies (screws, mud, and tape). The ad stated that mud and tape would be provided, but I had no issues with supplying the tape and mud. | |The day of the install the employee called in sick (Tuesday), so the owner and I rescheduled for that following Thursday. On the same Tuesday of the original appointment and the employee's call in, the owner called me back @ 2PM stating that the employee was available. There was never a second employee available. I even mentioned what was in the ad. The owner asked if I could help hold the ceiling drywall. (?) We agreed to start Tuesday evening at 3 PM. | |The employee called me after 3PM stating that he was going to be late. He showed after 4 PM. He didn't have the proper tools. He had a regular battery operated drill and no drywall drill. Luckily, I had a drywall square that WE could use. He called the office 30 minutes after starting the job and spoke to the "other boss" to request the proper tools. The "other boss" was a no show and the employee left after wasting two hours and fifteen minutes (02:15) of my four hours to return the next day at 8 AM. | |Late again (@9:30 AM), he showed with a drywall drill and router to correct several overlapped pieces of drywall. The installer admitted to being a drywall finisher and not an installer. The work showed this very well. There were a couple of pieces incorrectly cut. A six inch gap was left on one wall near the floor allowing the insulation to show. I corrected this error myself. On day two to save time, I asked the installer to install rock on only three walls and to leave one wall so that I could finish it myself. Even with this, he did not get to tape all of the joints and to fill all of the screw holes because he did not have the proper tools the day prior. A stud finder would also benefit the installers. I also recommend that they buy additional routers and drills. The screws were greater than eight inches apart. Some sections had up to fifteen screws in a two foot section of rock. Over half of the time was eaten up with the installer trying to use inadequate tools. |He didn't offer to clean up the site. No one called to check on the job or to apologize for the employee not having the proper tools and being late. | |I got what I expected for the price that I paid. I ended up buying a drywall drill and adding over a pound of screws to sure up my rock. |The owner had the audacity to send a stack of construction and lawn service business cards by his employee for me to distribute. I would NEVER...EVER...hire this company again; nor, would I recommend any of their services to someone that I call a friend or family. |

Description of Work: Painted a bathroom. Did a great job with attention to detail. I would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: He aerated my lawn, moved 4 bushes and trimmed an overgrown shrub. I could have rented an aerator myself, but I would have paid almost as much as I paid him and I would have had to go pick up the tool, use it myself and then return it, cleaned and refueled. This was a lot better.

Description of Work: It was listed that a team would come out for 4 hours but it was misleading, because they told me they could send two people for 2 hours or one person for 4 hours. I didn’t think the guys worked as hard as they could. It was a hot day, so I understand, but I wouldn’t do it again. They ended up using my tools. I did part of the work because they were better at the easier part.

Description of Work: They were very nice, honest, always polite, on time and worked hard. The repair, cleaning and recoating of my porch deck is a huge improvement. Downside - My flowers and other plants got trampled in the flower bed and one end was skipped, plus a couple of spots on the swing. Still, I would hire them for future jobs just check more points next time.

Description of Work: Touch up on sheet rock, mud work, and painting from a previous subcontractor that did not complete job. | |Needed work done quickly, Precision was very good at meeting urgent requirement for first part of job. Company seems to be consistent with work flow and we're happy to do whatever possible to accommodate my needs. All staff are very pleasant and respectable. A little confusion on job from individual that did initial walk through to those that came to do the work. One phone call and all was rectified very easily and work completed in a timely manner. Crew ensured to clean up behind themselves upon completion.
