They did a very nice job and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to se them again.

Although they were a tad late to the appointment all the work was done superfast and was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely use them again for some yard work.

Went very well. The guys showed up on time and really worked very hard. I have an area of about 35 ft long and 5 ft wide that I have just been overlaying landscaping fabric and mulch throughout a 12 yr period. I wanted and needed this area to go back to ground and start over. They worked the whole 2 hrs without even taking a break. But because of the many layers I had I asked the owner to come out and give me an estimate on completing this area. I need to mention that these two guys had to lift and move heavy clay pots plus a concrete statue before beginning the work. And yes I do plan on hiring them again definitely.

Pros: The price of the deal: I got 2 contracted hours of work with 2 men. They did remove the major parts of 4 1/2 stumps out of the ground with their truck that I could not have done myself. They also cleaned up 1/2 of the leaves I asked them to, which was a help to me in the end I suppose. Also owner Wayne and foreman Eric were nice and polite to deal with. Cons: The 2 crew members that showed up to do the job tried to leave 15 minutes early and without finishing the job. Extra $40 stump removal fee charged during service was never discussed beforehand. They did not come with sufficient equipment (broke their own shovel with no backup). They left a mess of dirt in my driveway and on my lawn, and I still had to clean up 1/2 of the leaves I asked them to pick up, as well as put in 4 hours of my own time to remove 1/2 a stump they left in the ground and a number of thick, deep roots that they didn't get up with the stumps. No follow-up from Precision about the service, and no foreman on the job site to oversee services provided. Details: Let me start by saying that I've worked for a landscaping company on Long Island, NY before and am very good friends with the owner to this day. Therefore, I am acquainted with what a full-scale landscaping company would do and also with what a simple two-man, 2 hour job should entail for a deal of $89. Stump removal and leaf cleanup are par-for-the-course jobs, even for small companies. I first spoke to Wayne Monday morning on the phone and we discussed what was possible as far as the stumps from the bushes were concerned. After texting him pictures, he decided it could be done. I also let him know there was a small part of my backyard that I needed leaves removed from since weeds had sprouted and it was too difficult for me to get them up myself (~ 1/8 acre worth, and not deep leaves since I have no trees in my own yard, they are from my neighbors' oaks). He said someone would be by the next morning (Tues) by 8:30am. At around 9:15am, Eric from Precision showed up and walked the property with me to assess what needed to be done. He was helpful and we discussed that the leaves would be picked up in the remaining time after the stumps were removed, which he agreed could both be done in the time allotted. Eric called the following day to schedule the service for Friday afternoon. The two landscaping crew members that arrived to do the job from 1-3pm were working for 20 minutes by the time I arrived home. One was in the backyard raking some of the leaves and the other was digging around the stumps in the front flowerbed. I introduced myself and talked over what was to be done and then I went inside. While they were ripping out the stumps together, they used the pickup truck they came in to do it. I know landscaping crews are made up of average guys without an abundance of manners, but there was an excess of swearing and laughing when I was inside the house. What I really minded was that they showed up to the job only partially prepared. They broke their own shovel in the dirt and didn't have a second one. While one guy was digging in the dirt with the left over shovel spade, I came out and offered my own shovel to help them out. What I feared was that without a real shovel they wouldn't have time to get to the leaves in the back yard, which I had already showed one of them exactly the area that needed to be cleaned up. After the stumps were removed, they asked me what I wanted done with them! No one in the whole process had ever mentioned that there would be a $40 removal fee, otherwise they would be left unbagged at my curb. I live in a deed-restricted community and since the crew came on a Friday and yard waste pick-up is Thursday mornings, this would not be acceptable. The stumps weighed 150-300 lbs each so I wouldn't be able to haul them to the curb myself. I paid the extra fee, they briefly raked my **front yard!** (which I did not ask them to do), and then knocked on my door at 2:45 to hand me a slip of paper and leave. I asked them what was going on with the leaves in the backyard and they said they had raked them. I said I was just back there and in fact they had only gotten to 1/4 of what we talked about. One of them said they were only supposed to stay until 3pm, so I pointed out it was only 2:45. As we walked to the backyard so I could show them what I meant, the one who had been raking in the backyard said to me that more leaves must have been blowing into my backyard under my gate on the side of the house, and that was what I was seeing. No folks, the distance from my gate to the part of my backyard where the untouched leaves were still sitting was 50 feet, and it had only been an hour since he was last back there! They said well I guess we're gonna need another bag, and they raked together for the next 10 minutes, made one more bag of leaves left on the side of my house, and departed in their truck at 3pm. When all was said and done, they left half of the leaves in the backyard completely untouched (I have photos) and the front yard and driveway had to be swept and raked to clean up all of the dirt left by the pulling up the stumps. No, I do not have my own truck so I needed them to come and remove the stumps, but the execution was sloppy and unprofessional, even for $89! Also, you'd think that someone from Precision would have tried to follow up with me about the service I received or to see if I wanted additional services... at least, that's what landscaping companies up north do. Overall: I know that I only paid for 2 hours of work, and although the job was mostly completed, it was sloppy and unprofessional.

Installed steel edging around flower beds and vertical pavers separating lawn from flower beds. Installed flat pavers bordering the walk way to the house. Over 150 Liner Feet of pavers were laid and all cleanup completed in 4 hours. the finished job is beautiful. I would definitely use their services again.

It went great from beginning to end. Would use again.

I have no complaints. Every question I had, it was answered. I never had to repeatedly keep calling to get in contact with anyone.

He did an excellent job. They were professional, were on time and cleaned up their mess when they were done. They were very very good and I would highly recommend them. This is the best contractor I have used in a long time.

what a great team was easy to work with came when planed. Very thorough..

They were very nice and friendly gentleman and Everything was done in a very timely matter... after they were done with the floor I hired them to paint 2 of my bedrooms and build a deck in my back yard...

Did an excellent job, everything looks great. I would deal with Wayne rather than Eric. It went on much longer than anticipated but I should have been dealing with Wayne all along. Eric is an excellent worker and very pleasant just not very good on follow up or showing up when he says he will. But once I spoke to Wayne, everything went smooth and on schedule. Due to the quality of work I will definitely use them again. The grade A for punctuality and response is due to Wayne.
