Precision Enterprise

The work they did accomplish looked great. But they were late arriving, and they ran out of time doing what another company accomplished in the same timeframe. I would give them another chance, because I think this is probably a once-in-a-while issue. But my experience was not great.

I made an appointment for someone to show up at my house between 8-8.30am, and nobody showed up. This is exactly the sort of mysterious and unprofessional behavior I have come to expect from Huntsville contractors and why I joined Angie's List in the first place. Avoid Precision Enterprise.

Promptly responded to my purchase request with a phone number to schedule service. Polite and professional on the phone. Two cheerful and industrious guys carefully listened to how drastically we wanted the overgrown holly bushes trimmed back, and then made sure to confirm exactly what we expected them to do. I don't think they took a break as they reclaimed our walkway from the thorny leafed woody branches, but I was still surprised at how quickly they accomplished it. When they finished, they'd neatly lined up ten stuffed lawn and leaf bags at the street on the far side of the house, leaving our lawn and sidewalk debris-free, and the walkway usable again. I did a "while you're here" request for an estimate on removing a tree. One of the guys took a photo of the other standing next to the tree, phoned their office, sent the photo, and gave me the estimate within five minutes. We'll definitely be using Precision Enterprise again!

The guys that came out were very polite and respectful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up everything nicely, along with mowing, weed whacking and edging my yard.

Terry arrived on time and was very easy to talk to. I let him know that I actually wanted him to inspect all the window frames and door frames and then advise me on whether repair or replacement would be better in each case. He checked out every door and window frame for damage, and showed me how he could tell that a small area of water staining that I feared was wood rot was actually in good condition. The caulking had cracked along the bottom of the patio door frames (door sills) so he added clear silicone caulk where needed. The good news was that all of the door frames themselves were fine. Terry advised me that the door that I was certain needed replacing will be far less costly than the work needed to remove/replace the entire frame+door. The bad news: he confirmed our suspicion that the old wood windows do need to go. Terry didn't try to sell me windows; he simply said that yes, his company does window replacements. They do lots of other types of work too, and so he wound up "selling" me on the company by NOT SELLING, just looking around at every other project I've been considering. He mentioned that bathroom remodels were a specialty of one of the company owners. So for me, that project just moved way up the list. Then he fixed two nuisance items: replaced our front storm door handle, and tightened bolts on our fence gate. Terry's a great ambassador for his company because he's not pushy, and comes across as honest. Plus, he's a dog person, so major points for that. :-)

The service went very well, we were very pleased.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision Enterprise. The first worker came out and completed the drywall patching, then he called the painter who arrived within an hour and both did an outstanding job!

It went okay. Not great, but okay. The guy did show up. He did some work but it was pretty sloppy. He even left some of his tools here. He didn't have the right tools. So he left for an hour and came back. I wouldn't use Precision again. For what I got the price was satisfactory. He showed up half hour late and he didn't have the tools for tearing out the rotten wood. But then he left for about 45 minutes and came back. He did have the proper tools then but then he left some other tools which I still have here at the house. He left half hour early because he finished the job that I had asked him to do.

Enterprise showed up when expected and contacts Wayne and Eric were quick to return calls and answer any questions I had. The demo guys did their best to keep the dust from spreading (a nearly impossible task, but they did pretty well). The tile layers were meticulous in their attention to detail, making sure that everything was installed properly and lined up perfectly. I would be pleased to use Enterprise again.

When I called to schedule an appointment, they offered to come the next day. I asked if they worked Saturdays, and they said yes and set me up for the next Saturday. The guys were running about 30 minutes later than expected that morning, and they called to let me know. Very courteous! They did a wonderful job removing old plants and planting new ones. That didn't take as long as I had expected, so they told me that I still had time remaining for them to perform more tasks. They trimmed some trees and shrubs, and even mowed the grass. I definitely got my money's worth with them!

The service for the big deal from Precision Enterprise for landscaping was for 89 dollars for 4 hours of lawn and landscaping work was fine. When they blew off the debris from the porch and sidewalk they got the pillars all dirty. I didn't complain about the responsiveness.

Went well. Both workers were very professional and friendly.

Precision contacted me the same day I bought the Angie's List special offered for lawn services. We set-up an appointment time, actually sooner than I had first suggested. It was in the 90's during the time they were here and they worked non-stop to get as much done as possible in the time allotted.(We bought the 4 hrs for $99 Lawn care special). My wife was concerned they were going to get a heat stroke. They did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier with the quality and cost. I highly recommend Precision. Very Please Customer, David

Cleaned flower bed as asked. Did a good job. There were a lot of weeds and it took a good while to do this. Workers were nice and cleaned up everything.

They came on time and worked quickly to complete all tasks. We had purchased the 4 hour deal. Two landscapers arrived, so the deal covered their labor for 2 hours. After that time, they continued to work for an additional charge until the job was complete. Additional charges were reasonable. They were thorough and cleaned up well. Very happy with the service!

I had an issue with rotting brick mold around my windows, and took advantage of the Angie's list promo for four hours of wood rot repair. I had scheduled for a Thursday morning, but that morning I got a call to reschedule. Fortunately I had the next day off, and they were happy to get me in that Friday at the time I requested. The guy showed up during the estimated time and asked me to show him what work was needed. I had already bought the replacement brick mold, but didn't have the caulk. He got started while I made a quick big box store run. I was concerned four hours wouldn't have been enough as I had 5 windows with 8 pieces of brick molding that needed repair. He finished all the work in less than 3 hours. I wouldn't hesitate to use Precision Enterprise again.

I bought this deal from Angie's on Wednesday, June 11, 2015. A company representative sent me a message that same day to learn the nature of the work I needed done and to schedule a time in which to complete the job. I spoke with him by telephone on Thursday morning and he offered a crew for 8:00am Friday, June 12, 2015. I was thinking I'd have to wait another week or two, so I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly Precision Enterprises could complete the job. Two employees showed up this morning as scheduled, took a look at the site and asked several pertinent questions about what I wanted accomplished, then immediately set to work. They accomplished everything in a little less than 2 hours and placed all the trash bags (which I decided to furnish) and larger limbs/bushes on the opposite of the house where my trash is usually picked up. Both men were professional, polite and hardworking. They undertook a labor-intensive job in extremely muggy weather and maintained a very positive, friendly attitude throughout the time they were here. They made sure they understood what I needed done and offered suggestions that accomplished the job more thoroughly, quickly and efficiently than I was able to envision on my own. The company representative with whom I spoke previously was also very professional and polite. I plan to check out other services provided by Precision Enterprises, and I would recommend the company as a reliable source for the type of lawn work I had done today. In terms of cost, timeliness, and quality, this was a top-notch job performed by capable professionals.

They were congenial and professional. They worked in a timely manner and did a beautiful job. I thought the cost was very reasonable for the work they did. The amount specified above included materials. They cleaned up every bit of it when they were done. I was very happy.

100 dollars paid for 4 man hours of work. This was done by two gentlemen for 2 hours. One gentleman road a riding lawnmower with zero turn radius and the other used the blower and weed eater. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I left before they were through and when I returned the yard and roof looked good. I'm sure the neighbors were proud.

At first I was worried after the appointment was pushed back first from 8am to 12pm, and then to the next day at 8am. But when the guys came out today they surveyed the deck and then went and purchased the boards that were needed. The worker went and procurred the boards since my wife was the one at hame and has a small car. They replaced the boards and then began to preassure wash the deck. The deck looks good. They are having their boss call me with an estimate for staining. They also suggested the use of a stain that adds grit and will keep from splintering since the deck is around my pool.

They scheduled and showed up on time. The did the work I asked in the time allotted. I recommend them.

they were on time and did what I asked them to do. They were in a great hurry and as a result did a shoddy job-- grass was cut hit and miss, leaving some in the process uncut. when they left they left deep rutts in the grass removing the turf in the process They had a big truck and trailer and were in too much of a hurry to leave and instead of taking time to back out of my driveway they just cut across my yard leaving deep rutts in my yard without even an apology.

From the first phone call to the moment they finished, this entire transaction we easy and a pleasure to do. They were wonderful. They accommodated my schedule and came on Saturday when I would be home. I paid for 4 hours of work and two men arrived on time and got right to work. They did exactly what I requested them to do and it took two hours for the two of them to do it. I am very pleased with the results. It looks beautiful and I will not hesitate to hire them again for other work. Thank you!

Project went great! I got over 5 quotes for this job and they were by far the least expensive. They started QUICK and finished the job really fast. Very professional and looks beautiful. I would definitely use them for future work.
