Description of Work: very nice man called stating he was coming Saturday as arranged then called back stating he was told not to come given rain in forecast. I was told to call Monday to reschedule. Monday some from office called and told them worker was on way . ( it stormed all night long and had rain in forecast) |I told him I did not want work done today because I was not there to decide what work needed to be done and was a priority . ( weed eating brush) He became very argumentative with me saying " we do this every day, we know what to do". I tried to explain that I have a lot that needed done and based on time I wanted to be there to decide what to do. He again argued that I would mess up his whole week schedule if worker does not come today. ( worse day to come due to weather than Saturday). He continued saying " just tell us what you want done". My its not that simple did not work and gave up. It rained before the 4 hour time was up. The work done was good however worker started on the outskirts of the yard and did not weed eat the focal point area of the back yard and evidently did not have time to weed around the mailbox or front flowerbeds.

Description of Work: Patched several Sheetrock holes up to 12" in size.

Description of Work: They did a great job weeding my front lawn.

Description of Work: They removed old tile around tub and replaced with new tile. Also installed new tile floor in this small bathroom. They also scraped and repainted the ceiling in the dining room where the bathroom leak had caused damage. All work was done well and within the timeframe. They were able to begin work quickly and completed in four days.

Description of Work: They did a very professional job and a little extra as I purchased a Landscaping Deal. They transplanted some large plants for me, prepped a flower bed by weeding, etc, and with some time left on my Deal's 2 hours, they weedeated a large portion of our acre front yard. Very nice and did a good job. It was a rainy week, and they touched base with me each day to try to reschedue the work, which I appreciated very much. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Purchased 8 hours of drywall service for $200 as a Angie's deal. I set up an appointment that Wayne missed because his kid lost his appointment book. After I contacted him again, we set up a new appointment which he kept. Apparently the 8 hours is 1 literal day. Since the mud didn't dry enough to sand and apply 2nd finishing coat within the 8 hours, I only got 1 unsanded coat. This works seems good enough as far as it goes. I asked for a quote to come back and finish it. At lunch I saw the owner measuring for further work I asked to be quoted, but never heard back. Based on this, I would not recommend this company.

Description of Work: These guys are absolutely professional and fantastic Percision Enterprises did the funnest job our home! First we had no history on this house we purchased it in 2013 the bank was handling it but we fell in love with it and just had to have it. I spoke with a client of mine that does many projects both with his commercial properties and his personal property Percision was his first name on the list of only two companies he recommended as far as professionalism and artistry. I called precision they promptly came out looked at our home and got to work (I didn't have to look any further since the recommendation came so highly from a respected member of our community) lo and behold when they remove the old carpeting they found multiple layers of flooring from previous owners. This led to a surprising tear out and a huge mess !once they hand chipped away at all that flooring we ended up with short doors short door casings and short baseboards:(but that was no problem for these guys they got right to it I had to move downstairs because it ended up a construction site but to my surprise every day they swept and shop vacuumed the entire work site(wow) they came at 8 AM and stay till 10 PM many nights they were prompt courteous kind and pros for sure and for you ladies out there I felt quite safe with my husband away on business they were like a hefty sum of bodyguards. I don't even know if they took a break if they did take a break I didn't see it because the noise from the construction never stopped. Our home is absolutely gorgeous I would let anyone in to see this beautiful tile and the gorgeous job they have done I was looking for artist and I got some!!!! Precision is the name of the company how aptly put because that's exactly what all of them are from the owners to the crew they are Percision professionals and they do Percision work:) I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for professionalism and most of all artistry they truly are artist! They tiled over 2000 ft.² in about two weeks. Awesome:)

Description of Work: I had peeling paint on the porch railings on the back side of my house which gets blasted by the sun. Wayne came out the day before to let me know how much paint I would need and Al (both very personable guys) came the next day to perform the work. Great job! It looks so much better now!! And they're coming back to fix the peeling paint on my garage as well, that's how good they were.
