I received an estimate. Hired them to do the job. Materials are ordered at this time then they will start the job. They arrived by 2:00 the same day i first talked with the. The technicians were very professional and informative. Precision Doors will replace my Garage Door and opener. After job is done i will submit another review.

The repairman was knowledgeable about my equipment, found the problem, made repairs and did some adjustment and the door is working as it should. He was very polite and friendly and was ready to do what it took to be sure I was satisfied withe repair and his service.

They gave us three different price points to select from for our repair and there was no pressure to choose any particular price point. When we made our choice they quickly went right to work and got the job done. It was a bit expensive , but it was worth the work that was done. I would definitely recommend them.

Showed up on time and had a quote ready within minutes. I accepted the quote and the work was done in no time. The cost of the labor may have seemed a little high but I didn't have to make the repair myself. All parts needed for the job was already on hand.
