The technician arrived promptly as scheduled. We discussed the issue, and he provided several options to resolve the problem. I wound up letting him do a complete door adjustment, and he priced out the other two options (hardware replacement, door replacement). His adjustment completely resolved the problem and it has not recurred. I'll definitely use them again for any door-related issues.

I needed a garage door opener repaired or replaced. Precision Door Service came out and gave me an estimate on repair and a price for replacing the opener. I have two doors and openers that were very old that had exceeded their lifetime. They had the openers on the truck and installed them at that time . They were professional and the price was reasonable. I would use them again if I ever need garage door service.

They notified my they could actually come a day earlier than the online appointment service indicated. The technician called to confirm arrival time. He was courteous, examined the door and all operating mechanisms carefully, recommended the repairs & adjustments required, provided me a fair & reasonable estimate, completed the repairs in a timely and professional manner, and cleaned up afterwards.
