Very quick service with an experienced technician. Turned out nothing was wrong with my door, even though it seemed as though the belt/pulley wasn't working electronically when I called - I had to manually open/close door (a one-time glitch? who knows?). These things happen, I just wish I had an idea what caused the glitch to begin with.
