Arrived early, very professional, saved us thousands by uncovering some electrical issues. Reccomend 100%

We thought it went well, until we found several items that were broken or not in working order that were not listed on the warranty report. The best example is the warranty report stated the wall oven and dishwasher were in working order. The wall oven door does not stay closed, so temperature is never accurate. We placed a service all and parts are no longer available for this Whirlpool model. There are 8 wash settings on dishwasher, and only 1 of those settings works. Parts no longer available on this Whirlpool dishwasher. We have had to replace both of these appliances costing us $1,737.00. Several other items were not reported, like cracked window in bedroom, rotted wood on several window sashes. My advice-- If you decide to use John Boozer from PillartoPost, purchase his most extensive and most expensive home warranty.

He is very neat in appearance and very professional. He is incredibly time efficient and thorough. At the end he provided me with a detailed portfolio with photographs explaining what he did. The price was good and the service was excellent. I would definitely use them again.
