Description of Work: Contracted with this company in March 2012. Signed a contract that included weekly mowing and edging. Contract also required that I have weed control done as well. I had no problems with the men who came out to do the work. My problems were with the owners. It seemed as if I was always being billed for something. My contract stipulated I would be charged for weekly mowing and edging. That was a set price. I was also being charged for weed control,which was also a set price. Some of the charges I was given did not add up to the price that was quoted in my contract. If I ever needed pruning done , that would require another call to the company to set that up. I found it odd that they just didn't keep those tools with them when and if a customers shrubs needed pruning while out on a job. Right now I am disputing a bill I received that covered Octobers service. Mind you, I got this bill almost two months later. If I find that I do indeed owe this amount, I will come back and amend this review. Regardless, due to the fact that it seemed as if their was always a large bill that needed to be paid for some service or other, I am no longer using this company. While I would receive a bill in the mail to pay my bill, I was also contacted by phone to pay my bill, even when I was more than punctual in paying it every month. As stated, if I find that I do owe this company funds, I will come back and amend this review. The grade I gave to this company is from my own experience. Your mileage may vary. Update: Billing issues resolved. Turns out I did owe an additional payment for completion of services. I still stand by my review in that their billing prices were odd. Never really got an explanation for why some monthly service was more than others, etc. I will still not use them nor recommend them. Although I always paid my bills promptly by phone, there was an instance where one of the owners phoned me at home wanting to know if they could run my card on file to take care of a balance that was still owed on the bill. I also had a couple of instances where my side gate was left open, and my dogs escaped. That might not be a big deal to some, but it was to me. I have cerebral palsy and trying to round up 3 dogs is hard!. Finally got them back home with the help of some neighbors. I have been in Huntsville 20 years and it has been a real headache trying to find someone to do reliable, well priced lawn service without nickel and diming me to death.
