Description of Work: I have worked with Pam and Norm Nicastro on four separate real estate transactions since 2006, and am impressed with their ethics and professionalism, and Pam's negotiation skills. In 2006, I had a home listed with another agent/company, whom I was pleased with. Pam brought the Buyer, and I was impressed with how she represented her client to me/my agent as the Seller. Last year, when combining households, we had two houses to sell, and one to find and buy. Pam listed both houses for sale, created good descriptions/photo layouts for paper flyers and MLS listing, had an excellent presence at timely Open Houses, networked among extensive contacts, and represented us well and provided good guidance, in negotiating to sell both homes within 30-45 days. She also listened to our various requirements for a home to purchase, and found/forwarded info on the home we ended up buying. So we have experience with her as our Buyer agent as well as Listing agent for two homes. In every case, I've been impressed with her approach and knowledge, and energy.
