I spend $55 per quarter and unlimited visits. I think their price is good. We had a an ants problem around our bathtub areas so we had them spray outside and the windows and entry ways and spray inside around the bathtubs and that seems to keep them off. Obviously it was because of the rain and so they showed up again and we called them back out to get our house sprayed. So far so good. We've had them come out 3 times and we're going to call them again. My mailbox is infested with ants.

They notify me by mail when they will be there. They are very courteous. They are reasonable.

They are here when they say they are going to be here. I like that I don't have bugs in my house. We have fewer spiders than we used to have, which is nice because I don't really like spiders. I feel good that they come every month. Not every company will only do every other month, and we realized that that was all we needed.

We checked around and think the prise is reasonable. They are fair. I like them. They sweep the back porch when viewing for spiders. They spray only where I want them to spray because I have little ones and I don't want them to spray inside. They take care of spraying for bugs outside. They also come back if I ever see bugs. They will come back free of charge in the middle of the month. They are good coming out if I call them and tell them I have ants or I got bugs and can you come spray extra and they do that. That is part of their contract. They are not cheep but I think we get what we pay for. They do what I want them to do when I ask them to do it. They come and if I am her I see them. If I am not here they do what they do with out me here. As long as the bugs stay away I am happy. They do come when they say they say they are going to come. Their office staff is not as organized as I would like them to be. I will continue to use them.

I would rate them an overall A. They are competitively priced with everyone, and we will continue to use their services.

Ortex provided termite control service (with written guarantee) for our home over a several year period. Less than 3 months after inspecting and giving a No Active Termites report we had to have major repairs to a roof/deck over our Florida room at a cost of approximately $40,000. Major infestitations of termites were found but Ortex has failed to honor their guarantee of "pay the cost of necessary repairs and pay the cost of labor and materials". Our homeowners policy has paid $10,000, the limit of their liability. Ortex verbally agreed to pay $500 which I rejected. I have multiple photos of the extensive termite infestitaion. I will not do busienss with them as I feel they have failed to honor their written guarantee with me. It has been almost one year since our request for settlement begun and there is still no response from the Ortex Insurance adjuster after repeated contacts.

They used to be a very small local company and they were bought out by another company. They had the termite certificate on the house when we bought it so we continued with them. The insects are relatively well managed for Alabama.

They are very thorough, come out on time and provided quality work. I also liked that they discussed anything with me that they see wrong and thought that their pricing was very good.
