+ -1 moreGreat service when they actually show up. Everytime i schedule an appointment with them, they dont show up. And the excuse is always the same. “Must have been a miscommunication with the scheduling department”. This has happened atleast 4 times. Today being the 5th. My appointment was scheduled today between 4-6pm. Its 5:40pm, i try to call the office and they are closed. Yet my monthly payments comes out of my account on time. Sick of the unprofessionalism, will soon cancel this service.

+ -1 moreCalled Orkin to come to my house as an established customer for an emergency pest situation. Was told technician would contact me. Waited for 2 days for a response. Called again to speak to the manager. Was told he would call me back. Never heard from him at all. Would not recommend these folks.

Description of Work: We had a rough time this spring with ants in the house. Orkin came out 3 or 4 times with additional traps and bait until the problem was resolved. They also were able to pinpoint where the ants were getting in so we could seal it up.

Description of Work: I have a contract with Orkin Pest Control for my pest control and for termites. They spray outside only (per my request) for pests on a bi-monthly (every two months) basis. They have a set date/time that they come each time. It is normally the same technican each time. My termites plan calls for an annual inspection that includes my crawlspace. They notified me of a moisture problem that I have in my crawlspace and was able to get that fixed. I recommended them to a co-worker recently.

Description of Work: I use Orkin Pest Control for general pest control and termite control. They have also put a new vent in my crawlspace to avoid animals and things entering.
