Co installed gutters 7 yrs ago. Recently they needed normal maintenance: to be cleaned/ re-leveled. Called to request an estimate. Took my name and info but gave no time for visit. Called a week later and we were "still on the list". Called again after 2 more weeks and was told that someone took us off the list and the receptionist thought someone had given us an est. she assured me that someone would set up an appointment as soon as possible. Still no response. We contacted company (A1) Got an estimate and prompt service within 5 days.

It's beautiful and I love it. They were very prompt and professional while at my home and I would recommend them highly.

We were wanting to transform a small deck into a screened-in porch. North Alabama Aluminum was referred to us by a friend who owns a home improvement business but who did not have the correct building permit to do the work. My husband contacted this company MULTI times, leaving messages with the secretary. When the calls were returned, the information was different to what he had said. Finally, the owner told my husband he would come out on a Thursday or Friday to give us an estimate. Thursday came and went, no one. Friday afternoon, we received a message that he was not available to come that day. The next week, his secretary told us he was out of town and would contact us as soon as he got back. Have heard NOTHING from them since. After going back and forth for almost a month, we moved on to someone else. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This roofer evaluated a leaking problem with existing metal roof and proposed a solution of a new metal roof. They installed the metal roof and where paid in full. The new roof leaks . I sent pictures , called to report leaking and sent emails when it was leaking. They came out looked at it, and told me that it was the brick on the chimney that was pourous letting water in. I checked out the brick , getting a clear report. I called No Ala Alum again and they said it was the chimney cap. I had it inspected, getting a clear report. I called No ala Alum again and they said that the roof warranty was expired .

The gutters I had were leaking, but the ones they replaced are leaking! I have called several times, and they have come out and done some repairs, but I still have some leaks.
