He was willing to negotiate contract language, his crew was pleasant to deal with, he stayed within quoted budget and schedule, and he did a fantastic job. We did a full master bathroom remodel. Took everything down to the studs and started from scratch. He took our vision and turned it into reality and we love our new bathroom! We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and David was a pleasure to deal with. If we need a General Contractor again, we won’t have to go through the machinations of getting multiple quotes. We know we will just go to Dave.

+ 9 moreIt was excellent We started with an idea and he took it from there and made suggestions and all his advice was found and before he was finished we felt as if we were all friends. All his people were great and friendly and did a great job.. He always called and let us know what was happening...even though it took longer to finish, it was well worth the wait.

+ -1 moreThumbs up to David Naumcheff! (256) 316-1041 He contracted a project with me which was completed in a timely fashion and on budget His pride of workmanship is outstanding. I have previously worked with contractors who couldn't or wouldn't get the job done. Please proceed with caution when hiring a contractor. They are not all good guys. David, however, is head and shoulders about the rest. Give him a chance to talk to you. GOOD JOB DAVID!

Description of Work: Very happy and satisfied with the work that David and his crew did on my home. I had crown molding installed, all interior rooms painted, hardwood floors installed, a new tile backsplash put in the kitchen, a custom master bedroom shelving unit created, a closet put in the bonus room to create a 4th bedroom along with some electrical outlets removed/installed. Jim, The sub that put up crown molding in the bathrooms and bedrooms was absolutely the best there is, his work is fantastic -make sure Dave uses him on your job and you won't be disappointed. The crew that installed the hardwood floors were the best of the best. The drywall and paints guys were great, electrician was super and overall all David's subs did wonderful work. We did have some burbs-the tile company ordered the wrong tile for the backsplash but the mistake was caught in time and the correct tile was installed. There was a short delay on getting the work done to schedule due to waiting for the city electrical inspector to come out but other than that it was a very smooth renovation. I highly recommend Naumcheff Construction to anyone who needs a general contractor.

+ 8 moreRenovated an attic space to create a bedroom, opened up a wall for entrance, partially closed a different wall and inserted French doors, all electrical, insulation, painting, trim work, installed an a/c unit, laid carpet David and his team were very professional, courteous, punctual, and informative. He had several experts come out to advise us on certain aspects of the job and made sure we were well informed about everything. David made us feel comfortable that everything would be done at top quality. His team went above and beyond with getting everything done on time, as well as a few extra tasks we requested throughout the process. We would definitely use David again for other renovations, remodeling, additions.... He is a down-to-earth person with great experience and budget friendly prices!

+ 1 moreI received the estimate of work to be completed and provided the owner, David Naumcheff, with my budget. From the start of the remodel to the finish, David and his crew were very courteous, professional and kept in contact with me on the progress. He is very knowledgable in all aspects and offered advice on the remodel, including what areas to improve to increase the overall value of my home while staying within budget. The work was completed in less time than I had expected and I am extremely pleased with the results. There was an issue with my new french doors not closing properly due to settling of the home, however, David was prompt to send out a crew member to remedy that and I have had no problems since. I would highly recommend Naumcheff Construction for any of your building/remodeling projects.
Description of Work: I bought an older home and had Naumcheff Construction remodel it, including laying hardwood floors throughout house, new paint, relocation/construction of walk-in closets and bathroom, re-wiring, and replaced fixtures and doors.
