Mr Turf

They are very professional and are good at their job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They came over in June, the guy was horrified and he gave us a list of what they would do. It was good. He talked about what he was doing. He didn't know that I was here one day because of course both cars were gone in the driveway and I was home and they were doing the whole yard. I saw two guys here and I was like, "Oh look, there is two of them." I walked out and I was like, "Okay, it's nice to see two of you," he was like, "We were kind of behind," and I was like, "Oh okay," and he was like,"I didn't know you were in there or I would have knocked," and I was like, "Oh no I was just grabbing lunch and heading back," and the guy kind of looked at me and goes, "Oh, did you park behind us" and I said "no, I got here after you guys. No big deal." The guy kind of looked at the other guy and goes, "I didn't see her get here," and he was like, "Yeah, I didn't either."

Our yard looked like crap. It took us almost two years, my husband would go down there and constantly would have to deal with people to come out here and go, oh no, you have weeds, you have this. After two years, my husband finally contacted Mr. Turf. They are really good and we're seeing some differences already. We started June crossing over. The guy gave us a list of what he would do and it was good. What I liked was they aerated some plugs that they should have done in the Spring but he said we are going to go ahead and do that now because there are already some differences and we'll go ahead and do it again in the Spring which I like. They're looking to keep our business. They were good because he talked about what he was doing. He didn't know that I was here one day, I was home and they were doing the whole yard. I saw two guys here.

I had been using Mr. Turf and my lawn suddenly started to become thin and even bare in certain areas. When I called to ask about it, I was told over the phone it was moth larvae - without anyone coming out to see it. What I found really interesting is these moths only laid eggs in my yard and left my neighbor's yards pristine. In addition, I looked for these mysterious larvae and couldn't find any evidence, but Mr. Turf could tell over the phone. Turns out it wasn't moth larvae at all and another company helped me to fix the problem. Mr. Turf is cheap...you get what you pay for.

We switched to Mr. Turf after disappointing service with TruGreen. Mr. Turf does what he promises to do and does it when he promises to do it. His prices are more reasonable than competitors, and he does a thorough job. I recommend him highly.

Absolutely Excellent! This is our second year with Mr. Turf. We have used several companies in the past but Mr. Turf is outstanding!! They only come when the time is right for the particular application and each time it works beautifully. No weeds and no purple flowering weeds! The house across the street has purple weeds growing already bun not a one in our yard! We are so pleased. Thanks to Mr. Turf for a job very well done!!

Fair price, friendly people. Lawn looks 10X better after 6 months. Completely got rid of our clover.

I did have a lot of weeds in a bermuda sod yard so I didn't expect to get instant improvement in the appearance of my yard. But in June this year after a full year of service I called the owner Mr. Dunham and told him I was concerned about the grass looking very thin in areas and also brown patches. He told me he would come out and look at it within the week. I don't know if he came out or not as he did not leave a note or call me. I called him again about 3 to 4 weeks after the first call. He really didn't have a good answer to the brown and thin areas. He said something about how bad my yard had been. As far as him not getting back in touch with me - when I asked him about this his response was that he has over 900 customers and doesn't have time to return all calls. SO that was the main reason I canceled the service. I was quite surprised at the lapse in customer service, like I mentioned previously because I see he has just had good reviews here. Up until now!

Absolutely excellent! Very responsive and courteous. After the very first application our lawn looked noticeably better! We have used other turf care companies with absolutely minimal results. Our lawn has never looked better and I would recommend Mr. Turf with out a doubt to anyone! I am sure we will use their services for a long time.

Grass is greener and growing - have to mow it NOW!! Weeds are dead or dying.

They have been fine and I have not had any problems with them. I have been please. I do not see the workers. The owner came out one time and he was nice. I think the price is good.

I was very pleased with Mr Turf. He came and sprayed my weeds and I needed to find someone trust worthy because I am leasing the house and I am new in the area and I didn't know the best treatment for the lawns. I looked on Angie's List and checked it out and I just had a guy come from True Green and I checked their rating out and went ''Holy Crap''. I started looking at the customer ratings for Mr. Turf and decided to call him and I was very pleased with him. He did what he said he was going to do and he came on time. He is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable that I chose him. I would give him an A. I am using him in the future and I would recommend him to everybody. I am very impressed with him. He didn't make a mess at all. He is very professional.

I have been using them for about 5 years. I chose them for their cost and quality of work. You call them if you have issues and they send somebody right out to address the issues you have. They are very responsive. If you call and voice what you need done he'll be right back out there to follow up on it.

When I first moved in to my house, the lawn was a bit scraggly and had some weeds. A neighbor suggested I call Jerry at Mr. Turf. I've been using them for about two years now and I've noticed a significant improvement. I don't spend a lot of time worrying about my yard, so I'm happy with the progress.
