Description of Work: Mr. Simmons looked at my old Sub Zero fridge that was not cooling. He spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem but only charged the cost of a visit (bottom line - it's cost prohibitive to repair it). I was impressed.

Description of Work: Justin was great as usual! We had our 15 year old Subzero freezer die. Justin came in, fixed it then showed us how to ensure that we no longer have issues with the ice maker, showed my husband how to put in a new gasket into the other freezer and all with professionalism and courtesy! I just love, love, love these guys!

Description of Work: Replaced a oven control board that had gone out. It went great. First day they came he ran diagnostics on the oven and new exactly what was wrong. Explained to me what needed to be done and what the cost would be to order part and replace it. The part came in within two to three days and the tech came back out and finished the work. Gave me some tips about warming up the over and was very professional. He stayed and made sure everything was working before he left. I was very pleased with this service.

Description of Work: Very punctual and responsive to my needs. I was able to get a same day appointment since it was my refrigerator that was not working. They assessed the problem and installed a temporary part until the correct part for my refrigerator arrived so I could be up and running for the 3 days that is took for my part to arrive. They scheduled a return appointment to install that part and all went well.

Description of Work: We had a two-year old front loader washing machine which quit and displayed an error message. We chose 'Mr. Appliance Over The Mountain' from Angie's list. A technician was at our house within the hour. He was courteous and meticulous in his cleanliness. He spent about an hour checking out the machine, and then told us that it could not be economically repaired. He advised us in detail on the type of washing machine that we might buy that would meet our needs, be economical to operate, and reasonably priced. We followed his advice and now have a new top-loading-washing machine which, at least for the time being, is working great.
