Not only was Monika a gem in real life - she went out of her way to take care of us several months BEFORE we arrived in state (from Heidelberg Germany). By the time we arrived, we had already established a relationship that only strengthened once we were here. After a couple of weeks (and 35+ homes) she could tell we were not quite finding what we were looking for, so she checked previous unsold homes NOT on the market that met our parameters - the next day we saw 2 homes that immediately made our "Top 3" list. Within 72 hours of seeing these 2 homes we had an accepted bid on our favorite. We are in the home as of this writing - and not only do we have a new home, but a new friend for life. My wife and I had various experiences with real estate professionals over the years ranging from lukewarm at best, to very bad, and some in-between. Monika restored our faith in the profession by proving that there still are conscientious, hard-working, and trustworthy people in this line of work. She definitely went the extra mile in making sure we had a pleasant and, to the extent possible, trouble-free experience, and did it with a friendly, positive attitude all the way. She was very patient with us through the selection process which lasted for months. It is not an exaggeration to say that we considered hundreds and looked at several dozens of homes in a large geographical area. For much of these showings she personally drove us around. We did not have to make a single phone call or make special arrangements in terms of schedule, she made sure to accommodate us. When we narrowed our selection to a ?short list? she provided us with valuable market research. I?m an engineer and a ?spreadsheet guy? who tends to analyze everything to a fault, so I can definitely appreciate the value of data. However, what we received was more than raw data, it was actionable information in a well laid-out format. I expected to have to crunch all the numbers myself but a lot of that was already made available to us. All we had to do was verify and make a selection. Monika really went to bat for us during the negotiation process. We never felt pressured to make offers other than what we decided were reasonable (and believe me we made very low initial offers). In fact we plain walked away from the first potential home because the sellers would not come down low enough and Monika was right there with us. She provided valuable insights into negotiating tools and tactics. Once we had a contract on our soon to be new home, she kept tabs on the time limitations on all the inspections and various contractual steps that would have been difficult and frustrating to navigate without her help. She made sure all the various players were making progress towards our closing which was akin to juggling about 12 bowling pins and a chain saw. She also made sure we maximized the benefit of inspections by having the sellers address all the issues before closing. There were a few that could have ended up costing us quite a bit later, but were resolved in advance (paid for by the sellers). Many times when I found myself unable to initiate the next step in the process due to work schedule, she would simply ask for a short e-mail to authorize her taking action, and step in to take care of it right away. Even after the closing and our move, she kept in contact with us sending reminders of the steps we needed to take in the aftermath of the transaction. All in all, we love our new home, and Monika had a large part in us finding it. She has our highest recommendation. If you want an agent who has your best interest at heart, she will definitely not disappoint.

We had moved to the Huntsville area from out of state and had been in contact with a local real estate agent through the same company that was selling our home. We weren't hitting it off with her and happen to stumble upon Monika at an open house she was hosting. My husband and I after talking it over decided to give her a shot at finding us a home that fit our needs. She actually did the leg work and showed us homes that fit the requirements we gave her. She did a great job of showing us homes throughout the city. Overall wonderful experience we would recommend her to anyone.

Monika was by far the most knowledgeable person that we had meet in the Real Estate business. We had meet other Realtors that didn't have a clue. Monika knew what kind of house we wanted the first time we talked to her. She then searched, presenting us several nice houses each day. Monika then found us the right house in the right neighborhood. We had no doubt that when she said that we were going to like the house we did. Then we bought it. My husband and I called realtor Monika Glennon after receiving many positive references from colleagues at work. We were not disappointed!!! Although working with other clients, Monika was able to spend the following weekend house hunting with us. We had picked approximately 25-30 houses to see from a great website she sent us (valleymls.com). Our goal was to see as many as possible during the weekend and we hit every single one, not to mention some others we found along the way. I enjoyed Monika's style in the sense that if we didn't like the neighborhood of a potential home, we just kept on driving. We never once felt rushed or that we couldn't add fifty more homes to our list if desired. By the end of the weekend, we had made an offer on a house and it became our home a little less than a month later. Monika stuck by us through the whole process and we would recommend her to anyone.
