Shawn came out immediately even though he was off work and fixed the problem.

We did not use this contractor

They called before coming out and were here when they said they would be. They were very responsive to our concerns and did all the was requested of them. They didn't leave a mess, they hauled away all the items that they had replaced. They had to come back several times because of a miscommunication with the gas company. All in Adam and Scott were very professional and we will definitely use their company again.

Adam has done several jobs at my house. I did not know until I called that they would service (provide preventive maintenance) on my generator. I had already purchased all the parts and the oil and then had second thoughts about my ability to perform the work in a competent manner. Adam arrived just as scheduled. He completed the job very efficiently and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky for any job.

Great experience. Very professional

Shawn the electrician, was on time, understood the problems, quicklydiagnosed the lights, obtained the correct parts and fixed both problems. One of the problems was tricky and he had never seen it before but made the correct fix.

They came out to check the breaker and did not even charge us. We thought that was very nice. They were on time and polite.

They do any electrical work, set up electrical services for generators, put in lights, and etc. They were here when they were scheduled. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future if needed.

This morning a ceiling fan/light combination in my 88 year old father-in-law's bedroom made a loud cracking sound and quit working. I signed up for Angie's list and began reading reviews for electrical work. After reading about Mr. Sparky and reading their own profile, I called. The person that answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She said someone was available right then. Adam arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call. He was very professional and personable. He checked out the light and ceiling fan thoroughly. He got the job done right then. I appreciate how efficient he handled what could have been a big problem. I feel extremely grateful for this service and I will DEFINITELY call them again for any electrical needs!!!! THANK YOU!

They were great when they came in the first time. We just had a tornado come through this area, so I can?t remember the price. We felt that it was a justifiable figure. They did everything that we asked them to. We didn?t have any problems with anything. They were right here when they were supposed to be.

Scott arrived exactly when he said he was going to be there, explained what he was going to do and a few options on how to do it. When I was satisfied with my decision on what to do he went to work. When he finished you couldn't tell he had even been there (besides the new light of course). He cleaned up his mess and even wore these shoe covers in my garage after I told him it wasn't necessary to worry about dirtying up my garage floor. After he left, their office called to double check that he had performed all work to my satisfaction. He was such a pleasure to have... I will be calling again when I need more electrical work!

On time, knowledgeable, respectful, and cleaned up afterwards.
