Mister Sparky Huntsville

Very professional, timely, and courteous. Price seemed higher than I expected (but I really didn't have anything to compare it to). Job took about two hours, including a run out to but a cut-in box.

THE ELECTRICIAN REMOVED TWO CEILING LIGHT FIXTURES AND INSTALLED TWO NEW CEILING LIGHT FIXTURES AND A NEW LIGHT DIMMER SWITCH. THE LIGHT FIXTURES WERE LOCATED IN A VERY HIGH CEILING. IF I WERE YOUNGER I COULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF, BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE A CHANGE OF FALLING OFF OF A HIGH LADDER. ALSO I WANTED A SKILLED LICENSED ELECTRICIAN TO PERFORM THE WORK BECAUSE IT INVOLVED THE USE OF TWO SEPARATE LIGHT SWITCHES TO OPERATE THE LIGHTS FROM DIFFERENT LOCATIONS. FROM PRESENT TIME TWO AND HALF MONTHS LATER THE LIGHT FIXTURES ARE WORKING AS WE WANTED THEM TO WORK AND WILL PROBABLY CONTINUE TO DO SO. WOULD USE THE SAME ELECTRICIAN AGAIN.

Efficient, called in timely manner to set up the appointment. Came right on time, did excellent work and I would definitely recommend this company!

Mr. Sparky's electrician stayed with it until power was again available at that outlet - it took about an hour to complete because there were several issues. A ground wire had been loose and broke, and we needed a new GFI plug, too. Mr. Sparky's personnel are always polite and professional, but most importantly, they are honest. They will not make the job bigger and more expensive than it needs to be. I recommend this company highly. I rejoined their Comfort Club for $99 since I know I will need more electrical work done this year. I won't use any other company for our electrical work.

Great! Mister Sparky (Jason, in this case) came within two hours of calling. Inspected the home and gave some much needed advice. We called the next day, and he came again to certify the damage to electrical devices (freezer, tvs, pcs, etc) that were destroyed by the lightning strike. The company was very helpful during a very stressful time.

It went great. The poor guy was given an incorrect address so he was in the wrong place but he headed right over once he had the correct address and had a great attitude about it.

Matt was fun to work with, and he went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of getting the job done well.

The technician arrived on time and was very polite. He reviewed the cost before doing the work. He performed the work quickly and cleaned up after himself. He even took the time to answer some quick questions about some potential future work I might request. I will definitely call this company for future electrical work needs.

We had used Mr. Sparky in a prior service working with the "deals" portion of Angie's list so we were happy with the first service experience. I called to get an estimate on how much it would be for the provider to do the work. They were very helpful and made sure we had an accurate estimate. Mr. Sparky showed up on time and completed all work in under 3 hours. Their customer service representative is warm and cheerful and has excellent phone skills. She made sure we received accurate information and helped with having the work scheduled. Upon completion of the work all tools and items were removed and we were very satisfied with the end results. Yes, we will use Mr. Sparky for other projects and future electrical services. Thanks for a job well done!!!!

The service rep arrived on time and got right to work. He removed and replaced our ceiling light/fan fixture in the living room and then removed and replaced our ceiling light/fan fixture in one of the bedrooms. The new fans were removed from their boxes and when he removed the old fixtures he insured that all the parts were kept together. He was friendly and efficent. Job performance and end result were great. The price for the services rendered were worth it and the end product is two beautiful ceiling light fans that look and perform great. And yes, I would use this company again.

They were wonderful and very professional in there service. I was very happy with how prompt and on time they were.

My experience was fine. I thought they quoted me a high price so I did not pursue anything further. Scheduling an appointment was fine.

I thought they did a great job. They came in. I already knew what was wrong so I just told them what to do. I was happy with it. I thought it was a fair price or I wouldn't have paid them to do it.

I received prompt, friendly service on the day I phoned for an appointment. The person I spoke with on the phone was professional and friendly. She told me a time frame that I could expect to hear from the technicians. She notified me prior to their arrival. 2 technicians arrived and were professional and courteous. They promptly and efficiently solved 3 electrical problems.

Office called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Two man team arrived on schedule and performed troubleshooting on three rooms, quickly isolated the problem and replaced a switch box.

Everything went great and as expected. He took his time and properly removed and replaced both ceiling fans without incident. I would be willing to call Mr. Sparky back if we had any other electrical needs.

After receiving a courtesy call from Mr. Sparky at 10:30 a.m., their installer arrived at about 10:45 a.m. within their estimated time of arrival (9-11). The installer was very courteous and respectful at all times and immediately began replacing our fan/fixtures. After pointing out that the ceiling fan blades were reversible, I showed the installer which side of the blades my wife and I wished to be facing down and the installer installed the ceiling fan exactly the way we wanted. He quickly moved on to the dining room light fixture and installed the new one quickly and at exactly the height I specified. I mentioned that the fixture looked a little crooked, and the installer patiently adjusted it until it was straight. After finishing his work, the installer cleaned up his work space and took away the old ceiling fan and fixture as well as all of the boxes and packing material. He also answered all of my questions about recommended types of light bulbs to use in the fixtures. I think the total amount of time he took to complete all of his work was between 30-45 minutes. I could not be happier with Mr. Sparky and the installer who came to our house (I apologize, I completely forgot his name). Completely courteous, respectful, and professional, I would definitely recommend this company and contact them again in the future!

That went well. During the inspection they did not find anything. Two electricians came out and they were here for about 45 minutes to an hour. They were very polite and professional.

Bought the deal, contacted the vendor and asked if they could install a fan in area where no fixture existed. They said, it would cost extra. Requested refund.

Overall, it was a good service. They responded in a timely manner. The arrived on time and the price they quoted was great. The technician worked hard to get all 8 units installed. He did install the two light units incorrectly, but once I pointed that out to him, he corrected his mistake. I was disappointed in the mess that he made. I heard him dropping screws and washer often as he disassembled the units. He didn't pick up the dropped screws and washers. I had to go and clean-up after him. I was disappointed with this because i have a small dog who eats anything and could have eaten some of the mess he left behind. Good price and decent but messy service.

Gregg was my installer and he did an OUTSTANDING JOB! He went above and beyond to make sure my lights were installed correctly. I can go on and on with how pleased I am with the service; bottom line, I would definitely recommend this business to anyone; and would use them again. I actually just purchased another job from them on Angie's List. Very Satisfied!

I only had an inspection which was thorough and went well. I will call for the repairs when my schedule allows.

The representative was prompt and professional. He answered all my questions. I was a little disappointed though in what the inspection included. I guess I was expecting more.

I called Mister Sparky and they were able to get to me very quickly. Professionally dressed and courteous gentlemen showed up and found my problem quickly. I even used the Angie's list coupon!

Miscommunications at first. After speaking to owner all issues got resolved.
