Mister Sparky - Huntsville

Mine was a 2-man job and the young men who came were very knowledgeable and courteous. Customer service was excellent, calling not only to set up the appointment, but calling again to confirm their arrival time. I will be recommending Mister Sparky and appreciate the good work.

I called 3 other electricians before calling Mister Sparky. They either did not even show up, wouldn't do the work, or were charging twice this amount. Jason was prompt and professional when he came for the estimate. The technician who came to do the installation was on time, professional, and quick! In addition, they were able to do the work on fairly short notice. I will definitely call them next time I have any electrical work.

Jason was very helpful and informative in the free estimate visit and even got a screwdriver out to verify something before he gave us the price. Scheduling was easy. Matt showed up on time and did a great job. His aftershave lingered a bit but overall it was a great job.

The electrician assigned (Matt Satterfield) worked his butt off. After crawling around in a hot attic and a dirty crawl space tracing circuits, he found the problem. It was a burnt outlet behind a dining room cabinet that had not been visible for the last 29 years. To make matters worse the circuit breakers were never tripped. Very satisfied with work performed.

My electrician for my switch addition was great. Home Advisor needs to provide better service. I have noted multiple failures with the Home Advisor people. They provided me an electrician when i needed a roofer. Now they they think this latest service is for a whole house fan repair. That was the previous request for them. It would be no surprise if contractors don't use them due to their incompetance.

Outstanding. Beginning with quality of telephone service, all the way through end of job, they were courteous and professional. Technician went above & beyond the general work involved, including minor patching and suggestions for drywall repair. Removed all trash and debris from job; swept up with my broom & dust pan when job was finished. Highly recommend!
