+ 1 moreThey are okay. They are the only cable company in the area. There is no competition so you’ve got to take what they give you. They don’t have to have topnotch quality. They contract their services out to local installers. I have to wait for them to come out and get things done.

+ 0 moreI hate them. Their direct TV rarely works. Their internet goes out. I don't have time to watch TV. The price is okay. They have gotten better recently. I have to use them. I am using them now.

+ -1 moreOur cable internet was slow and continually dropped its signal throughout the day. I called Mediacom for them to come fix it. Two worker showed up about 3 hours late. I watched them as thay begin to cut wires and change out filters. They spent 1 hour working then tested the signal. They said it was good and that the signal should not drop out again. 2 hours after thay left, the internet began to drop out again. FAIL!
