+ -1 moreInstalled gas lines from gas meter to GE cooktop in kitchen and gas-logs from in fireplace. Repaired the gas-logs for $75 several years later
Description of Work: Installed gas lines from gas meter to about 40 feet cooktop in kitchen and gas-logs in fireplace. Excellent installation with over eight years of use.

+ -1 moreMcGaha took his time, installed lines that were HIGHER than the required county code to insure safety. He is adamant that the work be done correctly and provides safety for the customer. If you have one person installing the logs, another one the lines and a third the tank, who is liable if something goes wrong? I didn't want to take that chance. McGaha installed the logs, lines, concrete pad, and tank. The liability is all his and his work is excellent so there is no issue with different people pointing fingers at each other if something had gone wrong. Nothing went wrong, his concern is excellence and safety. He used iron pipe for the lines instead of the inferior copper pipes that he could have used because the county codes only require copper. I appreciate his safety concerns!
Description of Work: We purchased gas logs separately. McGaha installed logs, lines, tank and concrete pad. We purchased the tank and pad from McGaha.
