Mc Irrigation

The owner and two of his staff checked the system, cleaned the heads, replaced old or broken heads, tested to be sure each were putting out the required level of water, set the system to run on a regular schedule and provided me with a quote to move some of the heads. They were pleasant to work with and reasonably priced. I was happy with the service and will continue to use them.

It went very well. He even came in and reset my system control. I really thought he deserved to be paid for the items that he fixed and replaced, but he would not accept any additional money over what I'd paid Angie's. I think all the irrigation people have been working overtime, and I had to wait to get him here, but it was worth it! Very pleased!!

It went well. They recommended adding a couple of additional sprinkler heads and repositioning the current sprinkler heads. I have not heard back from them regarding performing this work.

Great rating and was also recommended by someone else. I have a pool going in so I called two weeks ago and made an appointment for today since the pool concrete was supposed to be marked out by now. I called him yesterday and let him know the concrete was not marked out yet and I was willing to reschedule so he wouldn't waste a trip out here. He insisted on coming tonight, between 4-5, to give me a rough quote and tweak it when the concrete was marked out. I said that was fine with me, took off early today, and he never showed up. Will not answer my call nor return a call. I understand things happen but, out of courtesy, call and let the customer know you aren't going to make it. I would love a quote but, doesn't look like I'll get one from Michael. I'm marking that I would not use him again unless he has a valid excuse as to why I respected his time and schedule but, he does not respect mine.

I finally received a call five days after I purchased the deal. An appointment was made on the day of their choice. I waited all afternoon for someone to show up. No one came or even called to reschedule. Two weeks after my purchase when no one called to reschedule I requested a refund from Angie's List and they immediately followed up on that request.

A+ service. The owner came by the same afternoon I phoned him with two helpers. Very thoroughly went through the zones and checked the efficiency. Discovered a problem with the valve box which was overrun with topsoil/grass. Dug it up and found it has been leaking all along due to nearby tree roots. Gave me an estimate to move the box, plus repairs to system and two weeks later came to do the work. Most efficient/fast workers I have encountered! When I discovered a leak a couple days later and phoned, he was there at 6AM the following morning to remove a stone which had fallen into the valve during the repair. He also explained the settings of the sprinkler system and set it up for me. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again if needed.

Station #2 repaired but did not follow through for full service and left one station not functioning. Unfortunately, had to get a friend of the family to fix the problem. Email communications: Tues, Jun 21 Me: Need a sprinkler tune up in addition to repair of station #2 which is not turning on. Suspect it might be bad solenoid which is a Toro 89-0878. Fri, Jun 24: My mother found station #5 not working so called Mc Irrigation who said he would come out to fix. Mon, Jun 20: My mother called to remind about station #5. He said he would be out Tues. Tues evening, Jun 28: Email sent to Mc Irrigation by me-Pleased that you got station #2 repaired for my 92 year old mother at 1500 Lowell Dr, Huntsville, AL. However, as she noted with you in phone call, station #5 stopped working and may be related to some reprogramming at the control box that you did. Sorry I am not there to check it out to be more specific about the issue. I understand you were planning on showing up yesterday or today but not there today at 6:12 PM. Michael and his team were very professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. I've dealt with numerous irrigation specialist throughout the years and retrospectively they've all just put band aid fixes on my system. Micheal took a holistic approach in troubleshooting my system and finally got it operating to my expectations; in fact, a little above those expectations. He and his team arrived on time and worked methodically and quickly. In comparing with other irrigation specialists, I felt Micheal was very reasonably priced and am confident I got good value for my money. I would highly recommended MC Irrigation.

All for $34 extra. I was pleasantly surprised by the price!

The work went quite well with the replacing of two damaged landscape bed risers and sprinkler heads and the checking out of the total sprinkler system including adjusting 3 sprinklers and replacing one sprinkler head. All was completed within 90 minutes.

Arrived on time and provided first class service and support for a reasonable price. I never felt over sold or to buy anything I didn't need. The total service time was about 90 minutes. Would recommend to anyone in the area to consider and to give an opportunity.

The job went well. there were a few interruptions in the work schedule from weather and emergencies and none of them were unreasonable. The design decisions that Mc Irrigation made minimized the impact on my existing lawn.

They showed up on time after calling and telling me they were on their way. They installed the valve needed to use compressed air to blow all remaining water out of the system. They adjusted the sprinkler heads then cleared the lines and shut down the system. They were careful to check that the main/house water was still on. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again and told them to call me in the spring when they were coming out my way again.

I contacted Michael to adjust, repair, replace, add, and re-position some sprinklers. Just before he arrived, I had a bigger problem. I noticed a massive water leak at the sprinkler system water meter/shutoff valve on the resident side which is my now my problem and not the city?s problem. Michael (the company owner) properly repaired the busted water line and tested it for leakage. There was no leakage of which I knew there would be none after observing how the repair was done. It was a very good job. Michael surveyed what I had requested him to do with the sprinkler system and gave me some very good suggestions. The sprinkler controller malfunctioned due to being an old obsolete controller which was installed when the house was new. The house is 5 years old. This doesn?t surprise me. They used the cheapest products available at the time. I had Michael install a new controller and it works just fine. This needs to be said. Michael?s company did not install the original sprinkler system that I had Michael repair. If I knew who installed my original sprinkler system, I would make sure others know the kind of work they did. All of the work that Michael did was done was done is 90 degree plus weather and high humidity. It was very hard work and I appreciate what he did, especially considering the working conditions. Good work.

Called him to repair two big leaks that we had discovered. We knew about where one was but the other could have been anywhere in a large area. This leak didn't come up in the lawn as you would expect but was running out of an old broken up French drain. He went straight to both of them without hesitation. The repairs took very little time. While he was here he checked all of our heads, replaced all the heads that had broken and adjusted those that needed it. He also made some suggestions about moving some heads for better coverage. He arrived when he said he would, listened to us outline the problem and went straight to work. The price was very reasonable and he was very knowledgeable. We will definitely call him again.

Michael was contacted on short notice, and responded exactly when he said he would. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and punctuality. He repaired a malfunctioning zone in our irrigation system, replaced a sprinkler head, and checked out the system overall. All work was done promptly and efficiently. He made suggestions for future system improvement and provided a detailed estimate for that work. Overall, it could have not gone better. Michael showed up exactly on time. He was able to complete the work the same morning he arrived to look at the job. He did what he said needed to be done. Performed the job quickly and left the area almost perfectly clean and neat. The total cost was $249. His helper did leave me some clay "boot prints" on my pool deck but I can deal with that.

Mc Irrigation provided excellent service. Very knowledgeable and fixed all issues on the spot. Will use in the future for sure.
