Linda McClung of Coldwell Banker First

In our last home search, our first contract fell through due to a bad home inspection. Linda went above and beyond to ensure we received our earnest money back even when the sellers refused to sign the release paperwork. Our second contract also experienced so problems; however, Linda provided sound advice and worked hard to resolve the issues even when the other realtor did not care enough to follow through on required actions. She responds promptly to text and emails even if she is out of town. She is constantly thinking how to best serve her clients. When we were having an issue with the purchase on the second contract, we suggested that we might need to talk with an attorney...to our surprise Linda had already done so and how outlined options for us to consider. "First-rate" does not do her justice...she is the best!
