+ 0 moreNegotiated a flat rate contract for 307.80 that would include repairs, parts, service, etc. It eventually turned out that the covered repairs could not be effected. Company took $100.00 for substandard work from a company, MasterTex. Performance from subcontractor indicates that they never intended to perform any repairs. Instead technician Max said would order parts but these parts are no longer made so no repairs could be performed, and the washer is unrepairable.
Description of Work: Calling the company about repair on an LG Washing Machine, Model WM2601HR, that just stopped working.

Description of Work: I bought all LG appliances from HH Gregg in August 2011. Today is Dec. 8, 2011 and I have been trying to get service on my dishwasher since August. I have made 16 phone calls to HH Gregg and LG and I have written and sent pictures to LG website and have heard nothing from LG. I took a day off work on Dec. 19th to schedule repair service and when I called this morning I was told I would have to call back onthe 15th "to see if they have availability on the 19th". They gave me a local LG repair person and that number is busy and I am unable to reach them. This is reached the point of unbelievable and can not even be called "customer service". I have a dishwasher that doesn't wash or dry dishes, HH Gregg takes no responsibility and LG doesn't know when they will have time to "fit me in". DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS.
