Description of Work: "When he worked on framing the windows, he accidentally cracked the windows and he promised me to repair them, but never do with numerous excuses. He was knowingly misleading/ deceiving me for 7 month and suddenly he said NO LABOR WARRANT. I paid over & 8,300 with material. Since he refuse to work(repair or replacing). I have to hire other person to fix it. It may cost &3,000~4,000, four custom windows. It is my worst experience. I need to get help from BBB for arbitration or I even hire the lawyer."
