KRISTINA BASS

We were recommended Kristina Bass to use as a real estate agent during our recent move from Virginia to Alabama. When we were interviewing her, she listened to us (really listened to us). She didn't waste our time showing us houses that wouldn't fit for our family. She knew exactly what house plan we were looking for and steered us away from houses that wouldn't work for us (and showed me them anyway with a smile when I insisted). While all of the real estate apps are very helpful (we used them too), a knowledgeable real estate agent is an asset on finding the right house. We were not in town so she indulged us when we asked her to go to houses and take video of it so we could check things out because sometimes pictures just don't do it justice. She kept us informed of what was on the market through a daily notification and when the time came for our house hunting trip, she was available to us as much as we needed her. She was very knowledgeable about comps for the neighborhood that we wanted to live in and helped us negotiate a fair price quickly. During closing she found a mistake that we would not have caught that would have cost us money. She was with us every step of the way and I would have zero reservations recommending her to someone else. I already have. Kristina Bass is a good person with a great spirit and is an awesome real estate agent.
