Description of Work: I have a Fridgedaire induction stove and the cooktop went out. I scheduled the repair through the Fridgedaire warranty department. The tech came out and diagnosed on July 11th and said the part should be in that next week. Weeks became months and I got every excuse in the book (part is back ordered, part is in but we haven't picked it up, etc.). Over two months went by without having a working stove and I couldn't get Jones and Horton to answer my phone calls. The strange thing is that I could call Fridgedaire right after I tried to call (with no answer) and they would put me on hold and call Jones and Horton and the receptionist would answer the phone for Fridgedaire. Finally after two plus months Jones and Horton told Fridgedaire that they just weren't going to be able to repair it. That information would have been helpful two months ago. I have a family to cook for and it is expensive to eat out. They were a huge waste of time and continuously lied to me. Would not recommend!
