We couldn't have picked a better guy to inspect our new home! After finding Todd on Google and skimming his many 5-star reviews, I noticed that the common theme was thoroughness. I was sold! Todd took a couple of hours to cover our entire home (our home was actually in great condition, so if he found more critical problems, he would've taken the necessary time to document them), and our report featured great detail, including photos of each element inspected (in addition to recommendations and who, professional or DIY, should handle these fixes). During the entirety of the inspection, Todd was extremely courteous and professional, and made sure to keep us informed (actually encouraged us to follow him around), so that we would understand (1) what he was checking and why and (2) what would later be detailed in the report. The report was outstanding and didn't leave any details to the imagination. My husband and I would highly recommend Todd to anyone needing a home inspection because he's thorough, professional, respectful, and has the experience necessary to make you feel comfortable during the whole process.

Todd did a great job! He was very helpful in explaining each issue found and helping my ignorance. Very thorough and detailed report yet highlighted the important things needed to be know. The reports were also very nice to view and use!
