We do not offer mold remediation services on the same project as it is a conflict of interest according to accredited institutions. There are several states that have laws and regulations that make it illegal for the same company to perform both services on the same project. In the state of Alabama we currently do not have any laws or regulations in regards to mold assessments and mold remediation. This means anyone can perform these services without being state certified as most trades are and they are not required to be certified from an accredited institution that requires continuous education.
