Fast and efficient

HSV utilities is the most consumer-friendly utility company I have ever had. A couple of times their collectors skipped my house and when I called them, they were Johnny on the spot with someone to empty my bin. On other occasions, their collectors made a mess on the road by dropping trash and again , they were very responsive in coming to clean it up.

They did a good job. There were no problems. They did a lot of neighborhood city tree cutting because it was going through some of the wires in the street, phone wire or whatever it was. They had put a note on my door that they needed to get rid of two trees and trim some of my trees, so I called them back and said that's quite alright because they had to do it as it was a nuisance to the wiring, the telephone, cables and all that stuff, because it's an old neighborhood, and they still have telephone wires and things going up there. They said a date and came months later and did the work on whole neighborhood, whoever needed to have the trees cut down. They didn't come on time because they had to get everybody do it, not just mine, and there were a whole, maybe, a hundred other houses to do, so they did it in their own time. I would use them again in the future if needed.
