I had to replace an ancient HVAC system, and they put on a loaner piece to get us through till the new system could be put in, especially nice since it was really hot during those few days! | |I highly recommend them! |

Description of Work: I got a bid for a new heating and air-conditioning unit for my house and their bid was $6,000 more than any of the other providers we received bids from. Their service is good, but be prepared to spend some major dollars.

Description of Work: We invited them to come out to look at our house so that they can give us a quote for the remodeling we plan. Their answer: we come only if we are paid a fee of $ 49. This we declined: we offer them a possibility to earn money so why would we pay for it ?

Description of Work: Unclogged main sewer line, successfully. Called and arrived pronto in the evening, had all tools in a van, was courteous, conscientious, worked quickly to solve problem in less than an hour. I could not be more pleased.

Description of Work: We called for a repair for our toilet tank float. They came out the same day and checked it. The tech told us that it was under warranty. We didn't even remember having it done before but was very happy to hear that. We thought we would be paying for the service call but not the part. I had just come back from the grocery store and was bringing in my groceries when the tech went out to the truck for the part. He stopped what he was doing and helped me carry my groceries in. He installed the part and told us no charge for anything and asked if he could do anything else for us while he was there. He was so pleasant and gave us excellent service. I highly recommend Hiller Plumbing.

Description of Work: They were called for toilet stoppage for my 90+ year old mother's home. They ended up replacing the toilet with a cheap $79.00 Home Depot style toilet, drained the hot water heater, which they were not asked to do and "puttered" around her house for over 8 hours. When I arrived they were still cleaning up their mess in the bathroom. When I asked the representative why he drained the hot water heater, he stated that it was done as a complimentary service. Still not sure why he determined she needed her hot water heater checked. He further stated that he checked her HVAC and that it would need maintenance soon. The HVAC unit was only a year old at the time and was not purchased from Hiller (thankfully) and did not need maintance. Before any work began, they submitted an estimate to my mother stating the work would not exceed $400 and even that was too much for really cheap toilet that was installed. When I arrived after 6:00 PM in the evening the repairman was still there. He advised that he had to replace the toilet and was just finishing up and then submitted an invoice for over $1200 (including an annual subscription to their "maintance" service for her HVAC and Plumbing, purchase of drain cleaning agent to be used monthly and some other "services" I can not longer remember). I was so angry at the pushy Hiller representative for his instance that she needed all the additional services I had to point blank ask him TWICE to pack up his tools and leave. A couple of weeks after this incident, I was doing some clean up work in the shrubbery around Mom's house and found a large orange sticker with a warning sign not to attempt repair on the HVAC but to call Hiller and posted their phone number. They never worked on the HVAC (and never will) and they will never work on anything else on her house or my house or anyone else that I can influence. I paid only $400 that they originally estimated and spoke via phone to Mr. Hiller (owner) who stated rather curtly that if we were not satisfied we did not have to pay. I have sometimes second-guessed myself that I should not have paid them as it was not worth the $400 but that would have made me as dishonest as them. I cannot express enough how angry I was that they tried to take advantage of my 90+ year old mother and had the audacity to screen here home and post notices of any kind as this was not what they were called for. It is my opinion that they have no integrity and that they are high priced scam. My advice is DO NOT USE.

Description of Work: We have used All Seasons for a number of years. They are always punctual and very professional. The office staff is very friendly and the servicemen are always happy to answer all our questions. We will continue to use their services in the future. All Seasons has installed heat pumps &replaced ductwork, Twice a year they clean/check our system. We pay a monthly fee of $12 for that service. If we have any trouble with the system, they are usually at our house within a few hours of our call for help.

Description of Work: I had one of the two a/c units replaced with a 16 seer model. I had them inlarge my air intakes to the proper sizes because they where not adequate for the size of my units. I also had my a/c ducks cleaned. All work was performed at a high standard anywhere they any cutting or made a mess they throughly cleaned it up. Then even ask to go thur and inspect there work. Everything was done to a high standard and I had no issues with the two tech that did the work. If and when I replace my other unit I will not heistate to call on One Hour Air for the job.
