Description of Work: unclogged kitchen drain, consulted and checked a couple of other minor plumbing problems at no additional charge.Sold me drain clearing preventive treatment. I had always resisted before, but if it saves one drain cleaning visit, it's worth it.I like Hiller, they are on the expensive side but dependable, professional, and punctual and that's worth it to me. They always have coupons that save you a little.

Description of Work: replaced hot water heater. The technician was outstanding and they came out with no extra charge at 10:00 pm on a Friday night. They are more expensive than replacing one by buying at a big box store, but they give a 10 year warranty which is much more than normal. The professionalism and warranty backup is worth the extra expense.

Description of Work: I needed assistance with my septic system. The technician was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Just fyi, they always charge a service fee to come out even if no repairs are necessary (however the operator always lets the customer know about the policy and the cost before making an appointment). | |I have also used them for plumbing inspections and help with washer/dryer installation issues. In each case I was given a no BS cost estimate for best and worst case senarios before the tech started working. I like this straight forward pricing so that I know what I am getting into.

Description of Work: I had a toilet w/water level, slow refill and little flush power. I ended up buying a new toilet. It was good svc, friendly, polite wkr and no problems since. I have some other projects that require plumbing and I will use them. Can't find receipt to give exact dates and cost but I believe it was around $500.
