Description of Work: They did a two hour job bid at 1650. Replaced some old pipe with PVC and put in a vent in the pipe under the kitchen sink. I assumed it was a big job and it took 2 men only 2 hours to complete. I was very upset about 825.00 and hour to install inexpensive materials. I called to complain and after some discussion I was refunded 850.00. I know that if they were losing 850.00 on the job I would not have received that refund. So I was way over-bid and if I had not been assertive and researched the materials I would have way over-paid for a small job. I wondered how many other 65 year old woman do not have the experience to question a bill like this? I did not question it with the on-site plumbers because they were very nice and did a clean job. Everyone in the company was very courteous but I will not feel comfortable with this company in the future.

Description of Work: They serviced two AC units and ultimately replaced the larger unit. They were very responsive and explained in detail the issues found and offered a few solutions. While there were several follow up services needed to ultimately re-enforce the air return metal box as it was bending each time the air turned off or on making loud popping noises, they were always friendly and quick to send someone to look at it.
