Description of Work: My daughters heater quit working. They were the only ones I could get to come out immediately to check on it. Turns out her HVAC unit is very old and not really worth repairing. They gave me a quote on repairing what was the immediate problem but said most likely there would be other things that would fail after the new parts were installed. Opted not to repair at this time. Will replace soon.

Description of Work: Had just bought a new house. Shortly thereafter, found that a sewer line had collapsed. Hiller came out right the next morning and worked efficiently to fix it. My only complaint was that they put straw over the extensive disturbed yard and said that they would come back in 4-6 weeks and seed and straw. They never came back. By the time I realized it, the area had filled in with a mix of crab grass and weeds like the rest of my lawn. I had too many things to deal with than pursue it.

Description of Work: Had to replace a sewer line. Replaced it as quickly as possible. Came back to grade dirt after settling for a few months and raised the cover which had sunken over time. Workers were extremely courteous and conscientious. When I called a few months later to have ground graded and sewer cover raised they came out promptly and resolved the problem without hesitation. Highly recommended.
